Top Line Athlete University was created to develop its participant's mental, leadership, teamwork aspects of their game to their nutrition, sleep, recovery and the obvious strength, speed and agility. We believe this to be the foundation at the core of every great athlete and we feel like it is our job and duty as leaders to expose the truth about what it takes to become your (or your son or daughters) best.

OUR ATHLETES.

We don't approach our training programs like a fast food restaurant or that of most schools.  We cater to a fewer number of athletes each summer which allows us to focus on them both individually and as a group when it makes sense. Each athlete requires a different and unique approach to their training to get the best results and improve their body for their respective sport(s). Therefore, it is difficult to include the exact layout of your programming until we meet, assess, and evaluate. 

ONGOING ASSESSMENTS, EVALUATIONS AND TESTING TO TRACK & MEASURE RESULTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 

  • Sport psychology, leadership, understanding how to be a team player and become part of a team cultures, self-discipline and mindset
  • ​Body weight and body fat percentage
  • ​Mobility grading: from the feet up
  • ​Injury pre-habilitation/injury prevention training: knee & hamstring (and other common injury) pre-hab in attempt to prevent actual occurrence of the injury. 
  • ​Speed: acceleration, deceleration, change of directions, angles, starts, overhead med ball extension throw, broad jump, single leg broad jump, box jump, single leg box jump, 5/10/5, vert, 40’s, L-drill, shuttles and many of our own unique and proprietary tests 
  • ​Strength: technique, Triphasic & Linear/Conjugate periodization (where it makes sense)
  • ​Conditioning: mixed approach 
  • ​Core strength and stability 
  • ​Weekly feedback is a must to communicate where the athlete is excelling and areas that need more work/attention.

Our 8-week athlete program is broken down into two different groups based on their strength and basic knowledge. 
For example: 

THE DEVELOPMENTAL GROUP 
This group consists of athlete who are new to our program and looking to be introduced/re-introduced to athletic training. The main goal of this group is to build a strong foundation before they move onto our next group which we like to call: "The Vets".

THE VETS
This group consists of our elite athletes who are usually junior/seniors in high school or play at the collegiate level. These athletes have a strong foundation and work on more complicated movements.

WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE THE ATHLETE TRAINING SESSIONS?

 Our athlete training sessions vary depending on overall strength and the group you are put in. Expect them to be in the late afternoons and nights. 

HOW MANY ATHLETES HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A TOP LINE ATHLETE PROGRAM?

WHAT MAKES TOP LINE ATHLETE UNIVERSITY DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER TRAINING PROGRAMS?

Caring. Ya, we actually care more about leading & encouraging you during the 23 hours a day you’re not with us rather than during the 60 minutes you are. The actual workout is the easy part. 

WHERE IS TOP LINE?

We are located at 2012 West Bender Road In Glendale Wisconsin (53209) in a huge, clean, and fully equipped 6,000 square foot training paradise! 

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

No. But we do have two great bathrooms where you can change and get cleaned up before you head out. 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Nope, once you register on this site, you are all set to start your Athlete Program, no strings attached.

I'M UNDER 18...CAN I STILL JOIN ATHLETE UNIVERSITY?

Of course you can! You’ll just need to have a parent or guardian present to sign a liability waiver for you before you begin. 

SHOULD I EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING BEFORE MY TRAINING SESSION?

Yes and yes. One of the biggest mistakes athletes make when starting a program is eating too much or nothing at all beforehand. We suggest at least 12-24 oz of water and a high protein and moderate carbohydrate pre-training snack or smoothie. Pre-workout idea and recipes will be included in the Athlete Breakdown  Ebook you receive when you get started. 

WHAT IF I GET TOO SORE?

Our goal is to make progress, not burn you to a crisp from the start. Our coaches are trained to start people slow and build them up intelligently.  

WHAT IF I'M TOO OLD? 

If you are not currently an athlete but once was one, we have a "Washed Up" Athlete Program just for you!

WHAT IF I HAVE A PREVIOUS INJURY? 

A great coach's job is to make adjustments. We happen to have 4.

WHAT IF I GET HURT?

Soreness should be expected. But the first rule of coaching is “do no harm."

WHAT IF I'M NERVOUS?

 Fear is the great indicator. The goal is to chase your fears, and not let them chase you. Behind your fear lies your greatest potential: success!

IF I LOVE THE ATHLETE PROGRAM, CAN I DO IT AGAIN?

 Yes, absolutely. All our athletes come back once their season is over and some even train during season!

HOW LONG IS THE ATHLETE PROGRAM?

It is 8 weeks long! 

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

We love our squeaky clean facility, so just bring an extra pair of clean training shoes, a positive attitude and a water bottle. 

WHEN DOES MY ATHLETE PROGRAM START?

Your program starts when you start! You have 30-days to start from the day you sign-up.
